If you’re transitioning from a medical or clinical setting into the schools, our team is here to make that transition smooth. We’ll walk you through IEP processes, school procedures, and the ins and outs of your new role so you can feel confident and supported from day one.

Because you’re a Next Level employee, not a district employee, you won’t participate in the district’s evaluation system. Instead, you’ll receive feedback and support directly from your clinical manager — professionals who understand your work because they’ve done it too.

You also won’t be required to attend district-wide meetings that don’t apply to your role. That means more time to focus on your students and your caseload, not on unrelated administrative tasks.

Plus, we advocate for manageable workloads. Our contracts include soft caseload caps, and if things start to creep beyond what’s sustainable, your clinical manager steps in to help support and advocate for you.
